Accessing Infinidat documentation

Authorized customers can view the complete offering of Infinidat product documentation on the Infinidat Support portal.

To access the Infinidat product documentation:

1. Browse to support.infinidat.com, and click the Sign In option at the top right.
   
   
   
2. Enter your customer credentials, and click Sign in.
   
   
   
3. You might be prompted to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) or to enter the one-time passcode sent to you through your selected 2FA method.

   You do not need to be signed into the Infinidat Support portal to access the How to register and manage your sign-in settings for the Support Portal page.
