Support Portal registration

Support Portal registration allows you to:

• See all Infinidat product customer documentation.
• Easily open a support ticket through the Support Portal.

To register:

1. Browse to support.infinidat.com, and at the top right, click Sign In.
   
   
   
2. At the bottom of the Sign in to INFINIDAT window, click the Sign up link.
   
   
   
   You might be required to click a CAPTCHA box during registration.
3. Enter your full name and email. You email domain must be recognized by the system.
   
   
   
4. You are sent an email containing a one-time password for your account.
   Click Back to sign in.
   
   
   
5. Sign in using the password provided in the email.
6. You will be required to change this password after the initial sign in.

Support Portal password management

You might be required to change your Support Portal password periodically.

To change your Support Portal password:

1. At the bottom of the Sign in to INFINIDAT window, click the Request password link.
   
   
   
   You might be required to click a CAPTCHA box during authentication.
2. Enter your email, and click Submit.
   
   
   
3. You are sent an email containing a one-time password for your account.
   Click Back to sign in.
   

   
   

   
   

4. Sign in using the password provided in the email.
5. You will be required to change this password after the initial sign in.
