Test Description

This test checks that the HBA driver is configured according to the best practices.

On AIX, FC HBA drivers should be configured with error recovery policy set to "fast_fail".

This test case issues a warning if:

One or more FC HBA driver is not configured to use "fast_fail" as its error recovery policy

This test case passes if:

All FC HBA drivers are configured correctly
