INFINIDAT allows registered users to open their own support tickets as well as to ask questions and offer suggestions

To open a support ticket

1. Login to the main support page.
2. On the top part of the page, select New Request.
   
   
   The New Request window opens.
   
   
   
3. Enter the details.
   
   • The following information must be included with your request:
   • • Subject
     • Description
     • Issue type (Problem, Question, Suggestion)
     • Product (The INFINIDAT product)
     • Severity

   The more information that you provide, the faster that the support team can deal with your issue

4. Click Submit.

INFINIDAT support will be in contact with you to review the issue.
