• RSA-231 Support for SOS messages
  • The remote support servers can now accept SOS messages from the SA. These messages are sent when the InfiniBox is down and a system failure event was not sent
• RSA-222 Hourly keepalive messages
  • The support appliance now connects to the last known RSS server over HTTPS and sends a keep-alive message. It does not open a tunnel.

• RSA-127 RSA now generates new events for InfiniBox 2.2 systems
  • For InfiniBox systems with v2.2 and higher, the RSA now generates the following events instead of generic custom events: SUPPORT_SESSION_STARTED, SUPPORT_SESSION_ENDED, SUPPORT_CONNECTED, SUPPORT_DISCONNECTED.
