Instructions

To rename a device to match its volume name:

1. In vSphere Web client, select a host or cluster that the desired device is mapped to. 

2. Locate the Infinidat view. Follow the instructions here: Locating the Infinidat View.
3. Locate the desired device in the volume table.
4. In the Actions menu, select Rename.
5. Make sure the Rename Device option is checked and click OK.
    
   The device name changes to the volume name.
