INFINIDAT allows registered users to open their own support tickets as well as to ask questions and offer suggestions
To open a support ticket
- Login to the main support page.
- On the top part of the page, select New Request.
The New Request window opens.
- Enter the details.
- The following information must be included with your request:
- Issue type (Problem, Question, Suggestion)
- Product (The INFINIDAT product)
The more information that you provide, the faster that the support team can deal with your issue
- Click Submit.
