Test Description
This test verifies that the host does not have too many block devices attached to it
Having a lot of volumes, or any other SCSI block device to that fact, increases the boot time and the SCSI subsystem error handling and recovery procedures.
This test case issues a warning if:
This host is connected to the InfiniBox with more than 32 volumes mapped to it.
This test case passes if:
The host has less than 32 InfiniBox volumes mapped to it.
How-to fix this test
Automatic fix
None.
Manual fix
Consider redesigning the volume layout. It is recommended to connect the host to a small number of large volumes rather than a larger number of small volumes.
