Description

Snap rotator versions prior to 7.2 will fail when run against Infinibox microcode 6.0.0 or higher. The error will be similar to the following:  "Infinibox version (version  number) is not supported by this version of snaprotator". This will stop snap rotator from generating snapshots during each run and will instead report a failure in the log. This affects both snap rotator and when used with Host PowerTools for VMware.

Resolution

Upgrade to SnapRotator 7.2.0
